Ray White is the largest real estate company in the Far North, and we're looking for a motivated and professional Property Manager to join our high-performing team based in Kaitaia.

• Proactively seek and acquire new business opportunities.

• Advertise and show rental properties to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate and secure tenancy agreements.
• Manage rent collection, bond lodgement, and monitor rent arrears.
• Investigate and resolve tenant issues or complaints.
• Oversee and review property repairs and maintenance needs.
• Approve and process payments related to repairs and maintenance.
• Maximise returns for property owners and minimise potential losses.
• Maintain accurate records and data in the Palace software system.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
