This newly created Sales Support position is focused on enabling the sales team to spend as much time as possible with customers and direct sales opportunities while facilitating the best in industry service standards.
The applicant will be responsible for receiving and responding to sales enquiries, logging these into the CRM system and ensuring they are followed through the sales process as soon as possible.

The role includes preparing quotes in the V6 software system and assisting the sales/account management team with quote queries, arranging site visits, CRM data entry, customer showroom support, follow up assistance and processing accepted jobs.
Primary responsibilities include:- Receiving & responding to initial customer enquiries & website requests.
- CRM administration, ensuring all opportunities are kept up to date and submitted with accurate information required for reporting functions.
- Estimating/detailing off supplied plans and providing quote variations/options when required.
- Arranging site measure & visit times and other calendar appointments for sales team.
- Customer showroom support if required.
- Providing assistance with follow up calls and emails to customers.
- Completing accepted job contracts and creating sales orders/work orders.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with customers, external bodies, colleagues, and management
- Preferably have previous experience in the Aluminium Joinery industry, with estimating and V6 experience (Training will however be provided).
- Understand current NZ Construction industry and building methods.
- Have advanced experience with MS Office products.
- Be patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable, enjoy working with people and be a great communicator.
- Have an analytical and problem solving mindset and
- Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
