Project Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable civil construction company working on challenging and rewarding water infrastructure projects — including wastewater treatment plants and pump stations.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on-site, understands how things get built, and wants to take that next step in their career — not an experienced PE looking to move into project management, but a hands-on engineer ready to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering civil and structural works.

Oversee on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met.

Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and cost control.

Interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction projects.

Exposure to structural works and water infrastructure (WWTPs, pump stations, or similar).

A strong understanding of construction sequencing and site operations.

Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
