2nd or 3rd Year Plumbing Apprentice - Christchurch
We have great opportunity with a busy Christchurch plumbing company for a 2nd or 3rd Year Plumbing Apprentice. We are looking for someone who is seeking to broaden their current skills and experience, or who is planning a return to training in the industry after a break.
This host business works across a range of new build and maintenance work across commercial and residential projects and is looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You’ll need to be confident working independently, show initiative, and be ready to contribute from day one.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is currently in their 2nd or 3rd year of a plumbing apprenticeship
- Has maintenance experience and can work with minimal supervision
- Has strong problem-solving skills, and takes pride in their work
- Is reliable, punctual, and has a great work ethic
- Has a restricted or full driver’s licence
- Can pass a drug test and pre-employment medical
- Is a New Zealand citizen or resident
Your apprenticeship will be fully supported through Masterlink, from training and admin to pastoral care. You'll continue working towards your Level 4 National Certificate in Plumbing with the right support!
