Hynds Waimakariri is on the lookout for a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our vibrant team in Kaiapoi, Christchurch. If you're passionate about providing excellent service, helping customers find the right solutions, and being part of a supportive team, then this role is for you.
As a Customer Service Representative at Hynds, you'll play a key role in making our customers' experience unforgettable. From offering expert advice on our range of products to assisting with sales support, your goal is to ensure that every customer leaves with exactly what they need.Whether it's answering queries, processing orders, or maintaining a clean and organized branch, you'll ensure the smooth running of our operations.
**Key Responsibilities**- Provide sales support for all branch customers
- Build and maintain internal relationships with procurement and demand management teams
- Complete administration tasks as required as per Branch Performance Standards including taking responsibility for correct invoicing, inventory receipting, credits
- Regularly operating the forklift to move product around the site
- Accurately completing all your duties on time to a high standard of safety and quality.
- Excellent customer service skills are paramount to ensure a strong customer relationship and that all customers' needs are met
- Advanced knowledge of Hynds products and application knowledge is important, as is an understanding of how products work together to form solutions
- NZ driver licence full class 1 and F endorsement
- Business smart and understands the key levers that drive business performance
- Practical understanding and experience of health and safety standards
