Store Manager

We are looking for Experienced Store Manager for our restaurant in Mangere Bridge Auckland.

This is an autonomous position. The purpose or the store manager is to bear the overall responsibility of the business and to achieve revenue, growth as well as cost management targets.

• Achieve weekly sales budget.
• Drive instore specials and set prices.
• Purchase of stock, plan sales and merchandising (point of sale) strategies.
• Review the menu periodically. Alter product offer, potion size as necessary.
• Implement strategies for achievement of budgets.
• Plan rosters to achieve wage budgets.
• Minimize losses.
• Ensure that foot traffic is maximized by placing advertisements, mail drops and other promotional and advertisement activity.
• Provide a cost / revenue projection to the owners every quarter.
• Responsible for internet advertising and social media presence.

• Mentor and train staff
• Performance management of staff
• Plan rosters at least 4 weeks in advance
• Approve leave
• Ensure staffing is at optimal level
• May assist staff if required.

• Responsible for social media.
• Conception and execution of marketing activities.
• Ensure that H&S guidelines are implemented
• Responsible for compliance related matters, pest control etc.

1. 3 years of industry experience is an advantage

MS office / Computer proficiency

Must have valid work permit or New Zealand permanent resident
