  • Our opportunityIn this role, you will support Construction Project Managers throughout the demolition, planning, construction and defecting phases while actively contributing to daily stand-ups, integration events, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll manage RFIs, liaise with architects and consultants, Build Partners and oversee demolition activities, including pricing, coordinating with local authorities, and ensuring safe asbestos removal.Your responsibilities also include attending site visits, monitoring health and safety compliance, managing stakeholder relationships with councils, utilities, and iwi, and ensuring risk management, quality assurance, and legislative compliance.

Additionally, you'll assist with organising pre-start meetings, reporting progress, mitigating variances, and completing close-out documentation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.This role is part of a highly focused team that works together in Addington office during set hours Monday to Friday.Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu
  • What you will bringYour attention to detail and commitment to structured processes will help ensure projects meet their goals on time and to the highest standards.Here's what we'd love for you to bring to the role: Demonstrated ability to work in Agile, collaborative environments Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) or solid understanding of programme management principles or PRINCE2 methodology.
Write, understand and manage construction programmes, Gant charts and critical paths.

Sound understanding of NZS3604 Building standards and contract types (e.g.

3915) Strong written and verbal communication Effective engagement with stakeholders, communities, and iwi.Nōu te rourou
