Production Manager

The Role

We have an exciting permanent position for a capable and versatile mechanically orientated person for the role of Production Manager.

The primary function of this key position is to manage the day-to-day operations of our production facility. This involves managing a small, dedicated team and the exciting projects which run through our workshop. It also includes proactive & reactive maintenance on our bespoke machines.

• Coordinating jobs with sales and production teams to ensure jobs are processed accurately in a timely manner
• Reactive and preventative maintenance of our production machines
• Fabrication and preparation of the fixing systems for our projects
• Prototype mock-up work where required
• Testing and product improvement work where required
• Assisting in different parts of the production facility where required
• Stock control and ordering

• Mechanical experience and skills essential
• Experience in a production environment ideal
• Experience managing a team
• Methodical approach
• Problem solver and solutions focused
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Great attitude and keen to learn & grow in an exciting company
