Senior/Intermediate PQS

As a QS you will get the opportunity to work across diverse commercial and infrastructure projects. Due to increase in work load, they are looking to bolster their team with a Senior QS.

You will need to be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 6 - 8 years of PQS experience within a reputable professional consultancy spanning vertical and/or horizontal construction. You are fully conversant with estimating software such as Cost X.

You will need to be able to manage client projects - including producing quality cost estimates possessing excellent client liaison skills. Other skill areas include procurement, feasibility studies, tender evaluation, scheduling, managing risk and defining costs.

In return for your efforts, a competitive market salary is on offer of between $140K and $160K+, plus additional benefits and ongoing training.
