We are looking for a hardworking individual for the role of an Assistant manager, with goodcommunication and management skills to work closely with other crew members to achieve
high quality customer service.
Successful candidate should be able to obtain LCQ or have a LCQ, should have atleast 1 year Industry experience, Barista experience is an advantage, Flexible working hours including weekends and Public holiday.
Job type- full time
Duties will cover-- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service.
- Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
- Handle inventory and stock take effectively.
- Manage workload to ensure the effective workplace experience.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing trading to the staff.
- Make sure all staff members are well aware of alcohol selling and serving rules.
- Monitoring inventory and ensure all food supplies and other essentials are adequately stocked up.
- Reviewing customer surveys and feedbacks to develop and implement to improve customer services.
- Monitor and ensure compliance to established food quality and standards.
- Coordinate with manager or directors for everyday operations and maintain financial and administrative records.
- Train and instruct staff to ensure smooth transition.
- Overseeing the food preparation, preparation and storage to ensure compliance with food
- Keep detailed record of daily cost and revenue.
- Proactive in problem solving and work on own initiative to deal with problems and
- Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
