Vehicle Groomer & Customer Service Representative - Immediate start

For the successful applicant we can offer:

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will need to be able to deliver quality van grooming while building relationships with fellow employees and with clients.

You will be required to undertake the following duties as part of the role:

• Quality, comprehensive cleaning of the luxury interior of our vehicles to the highest standard including windows, vacuuming and polishing.
• Quality, comprehensive cleaning of the outside of the vehicles to include wheels and polishing of vinyl bumpers etc.
• Drive vehicles to their allocated car parks before and after grooming. Your location of work will be in the *Queenstown Airport and Glenda Drive areas.
• Complete a checklist of basic maintenance tasks including rego, RUC’s, seat belts, lighting, adblue level etc.
• Facilitate vehicle hires and returns in a customer facing capacity.

To be considered for this position you will need to meet the below requirements:

• A keen eye for detail to ensure the vehicles are hired in showroom quality and that vehicle damage and any other issues are identified.
• High standard of personal appearance and the ability to work in a small team.
• Full driver’s license with the ability and confidence to drive small coaches (standard drivers licence okay).
• A confident self-starter who can communicate clearly and has excellent written and spoken English.
• Computer and smart phone savvy.
