Restaurant Manager:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our Restaurant and Bar on a permanent, full-time role. The ideal applicant should be one with below requirements:

Role Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 Years of relevant hospitality experience or relevant qualification
  • Must hold manager certificate and have Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Positive attitude and a hands-on approach to service
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning Food & Drink menus
  • Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
  • Selecting, training and supervising premises staff, including
ensuring that the staff profile complies with licensing laws
  • Ensuring premise are operated in a manner that ensures the safety and well-being of
staff and patrons
  • May be engaged in marketing and promotion of the bar and its services
  • May greet guests and assist in preparing and serving beverages to patrons
Pay & Conditions:
  • Permanent full-time position
  • Minimum 32 hours per week

DUTY MANAGER

We are looking a reliable and motivated Duty Manager to join our restaurant and bar in a permanent, full-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality who is ready to step into a leadership position and contribute to the day-to-day running of the premise.

Role Requirements:
  • LCQ (Liquor Controller Qualification) or willingness to obtain one within 3 months
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage busy operations
  • Proactive, positive, and hands-on approach to all tasks
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction
  • Assist with staff rostering, onboarding, training, and general team supervision
  • Maintain high standards for food and beverage service, and ensure health, safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance
  • Manage customer interactions including bookings, greetings, and resolving concerns
  • Assist with venue opening and closing duties, including cash handling and daily financial records
  • Assist with planning menus and special functions alongside chefs and management
Pay & Conditions:
  • Permanent, full-time role
  • Minimum 32 hours per week
