A processing pro who has prior work experience in a FMCG business. You will love to have a laugh, have a great attitude, and take pride in your work. We’re looking for a resilient, team player, with a great attention to detail. A good sense of humour wouldn’t hurt either!
What your day to day looks like:- Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm (40 hours minimum hours/week)
- Processing orders and picking through ingredients needed.
- Train team members in the production space, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with other areas within Cuisine Market to optimise production efficiency and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate picking, packing, and production records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene practices, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and organization.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with team leader responsibilities in a production line.
- Experience working with manual and basic automated production lines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication skills and strong team focus.
- Ambition to learn, grow, and develop within the company.
Pay: For the right candidate, we are paying $28/hour.
