• Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs across various sites, ensuring that all work meets high standards of quality and safety.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
• Work unsupervised, managing time and tasks to complete jobs within agreed timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
• Use job software to log tasks, updates, and progress accurately and promptly.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure a positive experience and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, respectful, and responsive to client needs.

• Proven experience as a maintenance plumber with a strong background in troubleshooting, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Valid plumbing trade licenses.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in using job management and health and safety software.
• A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• A proactive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
