You'll also provide day-to-day support that helps the site run smoothly, so our teams can focus on delivering a high standard of service to clients.You'll take care of a wide range of administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings and bookings, supporting travel and logistics, maintaining Health and Safety records, reconciliation, ensure helping with site services and supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining administrative systems and processes.What you bring | Ōu pūmanawatanga:Your welcoming approach, manaakitanga and excellent communication skills will help you support our team and ensure things are running smoothly.
