**Te kowhiringa | The Opportunity**
As our Foreperson for Water Projects, you're the one on the ground making it happen. You'll lead from the front, running crews across capital works, renewals and maintenance on 3 Waters networks.
You'll plan the work, line up the gear, and keep jobs moving without the usual headaches. From pipelines and manholes through to pumps and structures, you'll be hands-on while keeping an eye on the bigger picture, programme, budget and delivery.
You'll work closely with supervisors, engineers and contractors, keeping communication tight and standards high. When things get tricky, you don't wait you step in, sort it, and keep the job moving.
**Mou koe | About You**- Solid civil construction background-3 Waters experience is a big plus
- Proven ability to lead a crew and get results on site
- Confident planning jobs, organising resources and hitting deadlines
- Strong safety mindset-confined space, heights & traffic management experience preferred
- Comfortable using tablets/systems for plans, reporting and as-builts
- Class 1 licence minimum (Class 2 a bonus)
- Reliable, practical and not afraid to get your hands dirty
