**This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.** **Elements of the role may require travel.**

**What you'll do:**- Work alongside tenants to identify challenges and develop practical solutions that support long-term housing stability.
- Provide personalized guidance, advocacy, and referrals to community services.
- Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and support networks to prevent tenancy breakdowns.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure sustainable outcomes.

**You | Mou**
We welcome applicants with a background in mental health, addictions, or social services. Experience in housing or case work is beneficial but not essential. Ideal candidates will have:
- Full New Zealand driver's license.
- Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent. Or a willingness to complete this within two years of starting with us.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility quickly, demonstrating sound problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- A compassionate, proactive approach to supporting people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider support team.
- Knowledge of and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and working effectively with Maori.
