We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable F&B Assistants to join our team in the Auckland Region. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food and beverage service to our clients and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience every time.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

• Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service in dining and café settings.
• Assist with food and beverage service, including table setup, food prep, and espresso coffee making.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, kitchen, and public areas.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.

He korero mou / About you:

• A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
• Physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently when needed.
• Experience in a similar hospitality or catering role is preferred.
• Holds or is willing to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
• NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) is desirable.
