About the Role
We are looking for an organised, craft-oriented individual with an eye for detail, sewing and knitting experience would be an advantage, and knitting experience. With quality as a strategic priority, this role offers the opportunity to support a culture of excellence, develop high-performing styles, and contribute to an open and friendly work environment.The ideal candidate can work independently as well as part of a team.
Applicants must be able to communicate well in both written and spoken English.
What You’ll Get to Do- Picking
- Labelling
- Finishing orders
- Identifying problems during order preparation
- Following SOPs
- Preparing orders for couriers
- Weekly reporting
- Using a latching hook for mending
- Processing and organising seconds
- Following instructions for customised orders
- Inspecting and processing accessory orders
- Performing general duties associated with the efficient running of the despatch area
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working across all areas of Lothlorian.
- Driven, practical, and decisive — able to make sound decisions based on data
