We are looking for a qualified or trainee Respiratory Physiologist to join our busy team on a on a permanent basis. A full time applicant is preferred however part-time will be considered.

About the Service
Waikato Hospital Respiratory Laboratory provides tertiary care for inpatients and outpatient with respiratory disorders. We offer a wide range of basic and complex lung function testing including; spirometry, diffusing capacity and lung volumes as well as cardio-pulmonary exercise tests.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the day to day services of the laboratory, as directed, ensuring that all testing meets required standards, and that quality assurance and calibration processes are comprehensively completed.

About you
Required skills experience you will need to be considered for this role:
- Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology/Exercise Science or equivalent qualification is essential
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent rapport and patient focus
