We have a high turnover of patients and work within a fast-paced environment.We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to assist Nursing staff whilst maintaining a safe and clean work environment.You will be responsible for:Ensuring a smooth running of the clinicOrdering stock and supplies for the ward and the communityGeneral ward cleaningGreeting patients and undertaking pre patient assessmentsAbout the ServiceChild Health Outpatients operates Monday to Friday 8am - 430pm.
We are a small cohesive team who look after Tamariki aged 0-16 years of age. Any procedure that doesn't require an inpatient admission is done in Child Health Outpatients.About youWe are looking for a someone who has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, team player and the ability to use their initiative.
