A bit about the role…
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate to join our NEW Wainuiomata Store.
In this role you will be responsible for:- Delivering exceptional customer service to customers, assisting customers in choosing products according to their needs, budget and outcomes sought
- Providing technical information on products in the store, across features & benefits and price range
- Answering questions and queries from customers and making recommendations where appropriate
- Replenishing stock, ensuring appropriate and attractive presentation in all merchandise displays, including correct ticketing, to maximize sales potential
The successful applicant will have strong attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.
In addition, we are ideally seeking:
- Great enthusiasm for customer service and sales
- Great work ethic, a can do attitude, and a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence using a computer and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to adapt and be flexible
- The physical capabilities to manage the manual handling aspects of this role (manual handling, prolonged standing, ladder use)
- A good awareness of Health & Safety
- Knowledge of paint & paint products is a benefit!
We are looking for a part-time team member to fill the roster on a Friday & Saturday.
