- your core tasks will be to recruit, assess and develop individualised treatment plans for new residents.
You will help facilitate the 16-week Cognitive Self-Change rolling-group treatment programme, complete reports outlining their treatment progress, and consult on reintegration pathways for the men post-programme.
All staff will have the ability to deliver bespoke individual treatment sessions as appropriate and take an active role in running the therapeutic community, and senior staff will have further opportunities to provide clinical supervision and training.
Mōu | About you We're looking for a skilled treatment provider capable of developing meaningful therapeutic alliances with men that have often been entrenched in the criminal world and had few safe relationships in their lives, who will work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an environment that allows these men to let down their defences so real change can occur.

To be considered for this role you must be registered with the New Zealand Psychologists' Board and hold a current Annual Practicing Certificate.Applicants must also be a New Zealand citizen, New Zealand Resident Permit holder, Australian citizen or an Australian resident who holds a current Australian Resident Return Visa.
