1. Core Job Requirements

• Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in roofing construction, with the ability to independently complete basic tasks such as roof installation and maintenance.
• Professional Competence: Master the use and identification of tools, equipment, and materials commonly used in roofing work, and understand the applicable industry codes, standards, and regulations for this field.
• Service Awareness: Have a friendly and approachable personality, be able to accurately understand customer needs, provide high-quality on-site communication and service support, and maintain good customer relationships.
• Comprehensive Qualities: Possess excellent attention to detail, capable of accurately verifying construction measurement data; at the same time, have good time management and project promotion capabilities to ensure tasks are completed on time and with high quality.

1. Daily Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for cutting, folding, and installing roofing iron and flashings, ensuring construction accuracy meets standards.
• Remove old roofing materials, complete on-site waste disposal and site cleaning work, and maintain a clean construction environment.
• Strictly comply with health and safety operating procedures, control safety risks throughout the construction process, and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Undertake services such as roof reroofing, gutter and downpipe replacement, and roof fault repair, ensuring construction quality.
• Assist in completing other temporary repair tasks and respond flexibly to needs according to work arrangements.
• Verify construction measurement data to ensure key information such as dimensions and positions is accurate.
• Supervise on-site construction personnel, clarify job responsibilities, and ensure all construction links meet high-quality standards.
• Communicate with customers on-site, timely feedback construction progress, answer questions, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Explore optimization solutions for construction processes, put forward suggestions for improving team efficiency, and promote their implementation.
• Participate in the planning of construction tasks, reasonably allocate team resources, and maximize team work efficiency.
• Pay attention to the status of team members, proactively motivate team enthusiasm, and maintain a good team morale and work atmosphere.

1. Basic Job Information

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary Standard: NZ$25.00 per hour
• Working Hours: Each shift lasts 8 hours. Overtime work may be required according to team task needs, with a weekly working hour range of 35-60 hours.
• Work Location: Need to commute between different construction sites within the Auckland region.
• Commuting Requirement: Must ensure reliable commuting to Auckland City (or plan to relocate to Auckland City before starting work; this is a mandatory requirement).
