Follow all instructions from supervisors and comply with site-specific traffic management plans.

- **Attention to detail** in all safety protocols
- Good **physical stamina** - able to work on your feet in all weather
- Ability to **stay calm under pressure**
- Solid **problem-solving** abilities
- **Flexible availability**, including nights and weekends
- **TTM, TMO, or STMS certification**
- **Reliable, punctual**, and able to work unsupervised or in teams
- A **positive, can-do attitude** and strong work ethic
- Consistent work across **Wellington and surrounding areas**
