You’re someone who enjoys things running smoothly behind the scenes. You take pride in a well-organised stockroom, accurate orders, and systems that keep everything flowing. You might come from operations, warehouse, logistics, or retail operations and you understand that great customer experience starts long before a parcel arrives.
This role will suit you if you:- Are highly organised and process-minded.
- Enjoy hands-on, physical work and staying busy.
- Have ops, warehouse, logistics, or retail ops experience.
- Care about accuracy, efficiency, and doing things properly.
- Take initiative and notice what needs doing.
- Stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
