At C&H Painting, we look after everything from roof painting and restoration to exterior, interior, commercial, industrial and residential projects. We take pride in quality workmanship and looking after our customers.
We currently have an opportunity available for a Roof Painter / Labourer to join our team based in Tauranga.
Key duties:- Preparation of roof surfaces, including water blasting.
- Application of roof treatments.
- Roof painting.
- Assisting with the setup and safe use of scaffolding systems when required.
- Undertaking additional exterior painting tasks and occasional interior painting.
- Following company health and safety procedures at all times.
Our successful candidate will need previous roof painting experience.
Required Skills and Competencies:- Ability to perform physical tasks at heights and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of roof painting systems, tools, and safe work practices or willing to learn.
- Ability to safely operate water blasting equipment.
- Competence in working with scaffolding.
- Valid drivers licence (restricted or higher).
- Works well in a team environment and independently.
- Willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
- Reliable and loyal work ethic.
- Full time stable employment.
- Immediate start available.
