Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- A Level 4 or higher relevant qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and control all operations of the Mövenpick ice cream store to ensure smooth and profitable functioning
- Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards in line with brand expectations
- Promote and advertise the store's products through in-store campaigns and customer engagement activities
- Ensure accurate record keeping of stock, staff hours, and daily financial transactions
- Manage budgets, monitor performance, and implement cost control strategies
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to store policies
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and employment regulations
- Prepare operational reports for the business owners on staffing, performance, and financial outcomes
