HVAC Service Technician - Mechanical / Electrical
We are seeking a trades person to undertake a mixture of electrical and mechanical HVAC maintenance duties and are looking for the right fit for our professional trades company.
You might already be in the HVAC industry or you may be an electrical / mechanical trades person wanting to break into the industry. If so, we are interested in hearing from you.
This role represents an exciting opportunity to acquire knowledge and practice a diverse range of skills in an organization that prides itself on delivering quality service. You will be working unsupervised at times as well as part of a team.You must have a willingness to work flexible hours that will include afterhours work and emergency call support on a rotating basis.
**As a successful candidate, you must have:**¦ **NZ Qualification in HVAC essential**, + Refrigeration and Electrical preferred
¦ Strong diagnostics and fault-finding capabilities; ¦ Experience with industrial installation and mechanical maintenance; ¦ Well developed verbal and written communication skills; ¦ Customer Service / relationship building mindset; ¦ Computer literacy; ¦ A full, clean and current Drivers Licence; ¦ The ability to work within a team environment and at times unsupervised; ¦ Experience on water cooled chillers within commercial buildings (this could be considered an advantage).
