Site Traffic Management Supervisor

• Lead the setup, monitoring, and pack-down of temporary traffic management sites
• Supervise TCs, TTM Workers, and TMOs
• Complete documentation accurately using our digital systems
• Maintain vehicles and equipment to a high standard
• Build positive relationships with clients and contractors
• Install/remove traffic lights, VMS boards, and light towers

• $30–$40 per hour (based on experience)
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week + overtime opportunities
• Night shift and weekend allowances

• Class 2 driver’s licence
• STMS Cat A & B (preferred) or relevant unit standards
• 2+ years traffic management experience
• Ability to read and interpret TMPs and diagrams
• Strong communication and safety focus
• First Aid (advantageous)
• Physically fit and reliable
