Experienced Roofer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems on commercial buildings.
• Work at heights safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and regulations.
• Operate Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) as required for specific tasks.
• Handle multiple roofing profiles, including but not limited to metal, tile, asphalt, and membrane roofs.
• Inspect roofing systems for damage and wear, and provide accurate assessments and recommendations for repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in roofing.
• Proven experience in working at heights and operating Elevated Work Platforms (EWP).
• Extensive commercial roofing experience.
• Proficiency in multiple roofing profiles.
• Strong understanding of roofing techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Good physical condition and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

• Working at Heights certification.
• EWP (Elevated Work Platform) certification.
• Any other relevant certifications are a plus.

• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
