Research Nursing
In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of treatments to patients participating in Early Phase Clinical trials. This position is negotiable between 0.6-1.0 FTE with opportunity to work half days across the week.You will be working in the Medical Oncology setting within ACTC, supported by Research Nurses and Principal Investigators.You will interact with study participants and their families, investigating clinicians, clinical trial coordinators, C&B Research department staff, pharmacy and laboratory colleagues, and sponsoring groups involved in the study.For further details, please refer to the position description here.Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important SkillsEssential skills required are:· Registered Nurse (Ideally suit level 2-3 nurse).· Medical Oncology experience· Research experience (preferable)· Ability to communicate with people from widely different backgrounds and cultures· Methodical, well organised with meticulous attention to detail· Able to work autonomously whilst integrating with the multidisciplinary team · Self-starter who can manage your time effectively and who has a commitment to quality outcomes.· Comprehensive orientation and training will be provided.For more information about this role please contact hiring manager, Georgia Wilson via GeorgiaW@adhb.govt.nzKo wai mātou | Our OrganisationWe are Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland.
