- experience in all aspects of carpentry or timber joinery
- accuracy and strong attention to detail
- ability to work within a team and unsupervised
- good time management and organisation
- ability and willingness to learn and also show initiative
- a practical mind
- an understanding of and commitment to good customer service
- good spoken and written English
- safe working practices
- be fit and healthy
- tidy appearance
- current NZ drivers licence
