Programme Manager – ERP Transformation

Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a passion for delivering complex ERP transformations? We have an exciting opportunity to lead a major remediation workstream as part of a large-scale ERP programme.
About the Role:You will provide leadership and oversight across all phases of the project lifecycle—from planning and design through to implementation. This role is critical to addressing business and technical debt in the current ERP landscape and ensuring successful delivery of the future ERP roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and govern programme delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
- Drive effective governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee programme schedules, resource planning, and reporting.
- Manage RAID registers and proactively address risks and issues.
- Champion quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships across programme teams and external partners.
About You:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience leading complex ERP implementations, ideally within SAP environments.
- Proven track record in large-scale IT or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Expertise in programme/project management methodologies and governance.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results in complex organisational environments.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Eligible for (or able to obtain) a security clearance.
