Frankton Automotive 2025 Ltd, a trusted family-run business proudly serving Queenstown, is currently seeking an experienced technician/forman to join our dedicated team. This is a permanent, full-time position (30–40 hours per week) based in Frankton.
We specialise in a wide range of automotive services — from late model to vintage and almost everything in between, general maintenance and repairs. We also perform tarmac and gravel race car preparation and maintenance. No two days are the same, and we take pride in delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions with a personal touch.
What You’ll Do:- Perform diagnostics and mechanical repairs across a wide variety of vehicles
- Carry out routine maintenance and servicing
- Work closely with a small, skilled team to deliver top-notch service
- Help manage daily jobs and staff
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and well-organized
- Proven experience as an automotive technician
- WOF authority preferable
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
