It is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across different teams and locations, and who thrives in a dynamic, growing business.

• Recruit, screen, and onboard subcontractors and employees
• Draft and manage employment and subcontractor agreements
• Develop and deliver training programs on cleaning standards, health & safety, and operational procedures
• Conduct compliance audits and ensure best practices are followed across sites
• Review and update job descriptions and employment documentation
• Provide advice and support on performance management and staff development
• Manage and resolve staff issues and workplace conflicts professionally
• Oversee rosters and shift planning to ensure adequate staffing
• Provide general HR support across the business, including hands-on operational assistance when required
• Advise managers on HR strategy

• A Diploma in Business or HR or a similar filed or at least 2 years of relevant HR work experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Full NZ driver’s licence
• Flexibility to travel across New Zealand
• Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice criminal convictions check
• Must be legally allowed to work in New Zealand
• Willingness to undergo random drug testing if required
