Production Supervisor

About the role:We’re looking for a Production Supervisor with strong mechanical skills to lead one of our production teams. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, troubleshoot machinery, maintain product quality, and support ongoing improvements.
The role is Monday to Friday, 6.00am to 2.30pm.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support and guide your team, set clear expectations, and help people perform at their best. Your mechanical capability and understanding of automated equipment will be important to your success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of 20 - 25
- Identify and resolve production issues on modern equipment, including PLC’s, servo drives, hydraulic and pneumatic control circuits
- Make timely decisions to keep operations efficient including spend on R&M
- Manage workloads, absenteeism, and ensure appropriate staff training & development
- Use data and reports to drive productivity, reduce waste and improve process.
