Our multi franchise stores in Matamata and Putaruru requires the skills of a couple of experienced technicians to work in our busy workshops with the potential to progress into a lead technician role.
General servicing and preventative maintenance on Dirt, Road, Farm, ATV, Side x Side vehicles
An eye for detail when it comes to identifying repairs required and paperwork
Assisting with training junior staff
Quality control checks on outgoing work
Being flexible to complete other tasks as required
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Excellent time management skills
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment including meeting and exceeding Health and Safety requirements
Demonstrate effective communication skills
Be well-presented
A clean NZ drivers license
5+ years experience in mechanics
A can do attitude and pride in your work
Fluent in English, with the ability to understand instructions and communicate clearly
A friendly, team-orientated attitude and a sense of humor

Experience in mechanics is essential, motorcycle experience is preferred but we would also consider other mechanical backgrounds. A positive and forward-thinking attitude is a must and product-specific training will be provided to the right candidate.
Requirements includeA clean NZ drivers license
