Main responsibilities:

For SiteHost, MyHost, Webslice, Domains Direct and Chirpy Domains:

• Manage content calendars to ensure regular and timely updates to blogs and other channels.
• Operate as a writer, editor and creator as required.
• Collaborate with in-house experts and external providers.
• Build and maintain a backlog of high quality ideas for new content.
• Design and build tranches of content for marketing campaigns as they evolve.
• Lead topic research to ensure content is informative and accurate.
• Drive keyword research and on-page SEO.
• Define and maintain our distinct brand voices.
• Take responsibility for customer communications.

You’ll report to the Head of Digital Marketing and also work closely with members of our Product & Automation and Operations teams.

• You have a natural interest in digital technology, and ideally some experience in the tech industry.
• You are a very strong writer and communicator, and you won’t mind asking a lot of questions while you collaborate with colleagues.
• You have experience or qualifications in marketing or communications, and you’ll be ready to take on content strategy work.
