Te whai wāhitanga | The opportunityReporting to the Kaitaki ā-Rohe | Regional Director the Kaihāpai wears many hats while supporting the day-to-day running of the office.
Mahi includes: Providing administration support to the Rohe including data entry, budget monitoring and analysis, printing and using the MS Suite. Managing the Te Tai Tokerau vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance. Supporting Kaitaki ā-Rohe and Manukura with their schedules and travel.
Kōrero with a wide range of kaimahi, including Advisors, Te Tari Matua (National Office) and a range of community stakeholders. Managing office security and emergency procedures. The likely appointment range is $60,971 to $67,068 per annum based on skills and experience.
The full grade for this role is $60,971 to $73,165. Mōu | About youKaihāpai are team players and communicators who can pivot between priorities and tasks easily. We are looking for kaitono who: Enjoy numbers and have some basic understanding of budget analysis.
Are tech savvy, enjoy using computers and technology, and have experience with the MS Suite. Are comfortable working in a te ao Māori environment, and comfortable in situations where tikanga is observed. Knowing some te reo Māori or having a willingness to learn is ideal.
Are committed to providing a quality service to our kaimahi and external stakeholders. Have a full, clean drivers licence.
