Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our Export & Bulk team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth experience for our export and bulk customers. From handling inquiries and processing orders to coordinating shipments and liaising with logistics providers, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
About the Role:
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide support to sales representatives, process customer orders, and prepare quotes.
- Handle queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain strong communication with customers on order status, documentation, and shipping details
- Support the export and bulk sales team with day-to-day admin and coordination
- Liaise with production, warehousing, and logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled on schedule
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or export logistics (especially in a B2B or bulk context)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of international shipping or export documentation is advantageous
- A pathway for a prospective Sales Cadet into an Account Manager role.
