We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Caretaker/Gardener to maintain our main site and rental properties to the highest standard. This role involves grounds care, property maintenance, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain lawns, hedges, trees, and gardens across all sites.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment (ride-on mower, chainsaw, etc.).
- Ensure irrigation systems are functioning correctly.
- Perform minor property repairs and report major issues promptly.
- Regularly check rental properties for upkeep and security.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and use PPE as required.
- Current full driver’s license and ability to tow a trailer.
- Confident using garden maintenance tools and machinery.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment upkeep.
- Experienced to undertaking property repairs and maintenance.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Work in a supportive environment.
- Varied tasks across multiple sites.
