We have a history of providing excellent care to our clients and excellent support to our valued Caregivers.
We are seeking interest from dedicated and compassionate caregivers in the Hamilton region as we continue to respond to the demands of in-home care. We provide care from companionship through to palliative care, so there would be a variety of shifts available.Our carer shifts are a minimum of 3 hours and can often be longer. We are seeing a high demand for both morning shifts, afternoon shifts and weekends. We are unable to offer you guaranteed hours as we allow flexibility for our clients, but in return, we can also offer you flexibility to choose the days that work for you, so you can continue to do the things that are important.
We require our caregivers to hold a full, current driver license and have experience with personal cares. We provide an afterhours service 7 days per week, so if you are working on a weekend, you still have the support of a dedicated coordinator to provide you assistance if required.
We would love to hear from you if you have had experience with the following:
- Companionship and home-help, which may include light house work
- Meal preparation
- Personal Cares; to include showering, dressing, grooming
- Dementia care
- Palliative care
Ideal Candidate must have:
- Recent care giving/healthcare preferred
- A clean full NZ Driver's Licence and your own car
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work legally in New Zealand (You must have already obtained a working visa)
- A clear background and criminal check
