Experienced Landscaper
About the role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Landscape Gardener to join the team at Stone Landscapes Ltd in Christchurch, Canterbury. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in constructing beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.
What you'll be doing- Source and select high-quality plants, materials and equipment for landscape projects
- Prepare and landscape garden beds, borders and other outdoor areas
- Install landscape features such as pathways, patios and garden structures
- Installation of Irrigation systems
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the successful delivery of landscape projects
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety on site
- Relevant qualification or experience in Horticulture, Landscape construction or a related field
- Demonstrated skills in landscape construction techniques
- Knowledge of plants, materials and equipment used in landscape gardening
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A positive, collaborative approach and the ability to work as part of a team
- A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport
