The role involves managing overall store operations with a focus on customer service, profitability, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing customer service and handling complaints effectively
  • Ensuring the store meets profit targets and stays within budget forecasts
  • Managing inventory (purchasing, stock tracking, discounts, clearance)
  • Implementing marketing and advertising strategies
  • Setting product mix, pricing, and service standards
  • Staff scheduling and internal control/security management
  • Maintaining communication with the store owner and suppliers
  • Developing strategies to grow the business

Work Requirements:

  • Minimum 33 hours per week, with flexibility for public holidays, weekends and split shifts
  • Must possess a relevant formal qualification
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role is preferred
