Store manager

The role involves managing overall store operations with a focus on customer service, profitability, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing customer service and handling complaints effectively
- Ensuring the store meets profit targets and stays within budget forecasts
- Managing inventory (purchasing, stock tracking, discounts, clearance)
- Implementing marketing and advertising strategies
- Setting product mix, pricing, and service standards
- Staff scheduling and internal control/security management
- Maintaining communication with the store owner and suppliers
- Developing strategies to grow the business
Work Requirements:
- Minimum 33 hours per week, with flexibility for public holidays, weekends and split shifts
- Must possess a relevant formal qualification
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role is preferred
