Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Technician/HVAC & Heat Pump Installer looking to work with a well-established company that values quality and professionalism.
We are a well-established HVAC company based in Queenstown, NZ. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable, highly motivated person to join our friendly, skilled team.
The work we undertake covers a variety of work including installations, commissioning, repairs and maintenance. We also have service contracts for both residential and commercial clients.
We carry out all our work to the highest standards and strive to provide a quality product with exceptional service for every customer.
YOU'LL NEED:- Background knowledge and experience in HVAC Servicing, repairs and installations
- A Trade Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning would be beneficial
- 2 years' relevant work experience in the industry
- Approved handler/Fillers Certificate - an advantage
- NZ Driver's License - essential
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety practices
- The ability to complete all required documentation efficiently and accurately
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Installation of split, ducted, cassette and multi systems
- Pipefitting, welding, duct work and installation
- Commissioning & Testing
- Service & maintenance of commercial and residential properties
- Diagnosis and repair of HVAC & refrigeration systems
- Proven experience in Air Conditioning Installation & Servicing
- Be able to diagnosis technically challenging situations using appropriate equipment
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team. If on a limited license, to work unsupervised with the limits of your role
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Enjoy being part of a motivated team
- The ability to train and mentor apprentices is an advantage
