About the Role
In this community-based position, you will:
- Provide assessment and management of mental health and addiction presentations
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team across the Tararua locality
- Contribute to Te Matapuna o te Ora, an integrated model of care focused on holistic wellbeing
- Support individuals and whanau using a strengths-based recovery approach
- Deliver care that is culturally responsive and person-centred
About You
We're seeking someone who is:
- A Registered Social Worker with relevant experience
- Skilled in mental health and addictions within a community setting
- Highly motivated and adaptable in a changing environment
- Passionate about integrated care and improving outcomes
- Committed to equity, cultural safety, and whanau-centred practice
- A collaborative team player who can work across services
