What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating excavators across a range of construction projects
- Using loaders, rollers, and other plant machinery as required
- Supporting project teams with general site duties
- Contributing to key regional developments
- Growing your capabilities with opportunities to step into leadership over time
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction
- Class 4 licence (preferred) with W, T, R endorsements
- (We're open to training the right candidates)
- Skills in drainage, roading, or general earthworks (desirable)
- A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality
- Someone who's reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
