We're on the lookout for an experienced Practicing Traffic Management Operative (TMO) to join our team on an active construction site. You'll play a vital role in maintaining traffic flow and site safety for workers, vehicles, and the public.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified TMO looking for consistent work in a supportive and safety-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management systems per NZTA COPTTM guidelines.
Direct traffic and manage access for trucks, plant, and subcontractors.
Monitor and adapt setups to reflect changing site conditions or weather.
Ensure pedestrian safety and site perimeter control.
Complete daily pre-start checks and documentation.
Assist with site labouring activities when required.

You Must Have:

Current NZTA TMO warrant (minimum).
Full Class 1 NZ Driver Licence (Class 2 a bonus).
Reliable transport to and from site.
Proven experience in civil/construction or roading environments.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A strong understanding of on-site health & safety requirements.
