The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and capable Legal Executive to join the practice and work closely with Andrew. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision in a busy but relaxed professional environment.

You will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the firm and in delivering a high standard of service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting on Agreements for Sale and Purchase
• Assisting with refinancing transactions
• Supporting Family Trust matters
• Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
• Managing incoming and outgoing communications (email, phone, and post)
• Maintaining and updating client files and digital records
• Assisting with billing, time recording, and invoice preparation
• Liaising with clients in a professional and approachable manner

About You:

• Previous experience as a Legal Executive or in a similar role within a law firm
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A good working knowledge of legal processes and terminology
• Confident using document management systems and Microsoft Office
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable dealing directly with clients
